After the dealer reset failed to correct the window bounce, the service writer just use a screwdriver to clean out gunk in the window's upper channel. Problem solved! The bounce was just caused by gunk blocking full closure. Usually the reset procedure solves the issue. I'd try disconnecting the battery for 2 or 3 minutes to ensure the window module memory is killed, and after reconnecting it again, try the power window switch. Hello. Our 2011 Outback Premium 2.5i driver side front window isn’t going down. My wife did get something caught in it, but it worked after that. The other 3 front door driver’s window switches work.
