On many of the full-size 5'ers, these are located in the Universal Docking Center (UDC).While the bypass is active, city water or pumped water will no go through the water heater. You have to reset the bypass valves to normal operation position in order to fill the Hot Water Heater tank. Anyone having same issues, past year my hot water pressure has decreased to a trickle cold water pressure normal. So far we replaced the hot water heater bypass valve no change, flushing the fresh water tank several times after adding CLR. Flushing the water heater storage holding tank several times. Nothing like taking cold showers!

You should see the pump, antifreeze siphon hose with a valve as well as the freshwater tank line that feeds the pump with shut off valve on it. We close that valve. On our water heater it has two bypass valves, one on cold inlet and hot ... Pulled the plug on the water heater and let it drain. Left out the plug but put a plastic cap from one of the anti-freeze jugs over the opening to keep the bugs out. Switch the valves to by-pass and the suction valve to winterize. Stuck a short hose in from the suction fitting into a gallon of RV anti-freeze.The water is very slightly warmer and the temperature is set at 115* .The service tech said to check the bypass valve but he has no idea where it is located! They think the valves may not be set properly! Also the unit doesn't appear to be igniting at all!
